MIRROR FINISH POLISH
Above is an Extended Removable Anchor Fairlead. It is a two-part system.
The base affixes to the deck and remains in place. The fairlead chute is removable and can be stored in the anchor locker.
It is mirror polished 316 stainless steel and made in-house in our production facility.
There are two sizes of the fairlead, Standard and Extended. Several factors will determine which fairlead will fit a particular boat. Our sales staff can help make that determination on a consult call.
Mirror Finish Polishing focuses on giving the metal a mirror-like appearance. All surface defects are removed. Canvas designers employ highly trained polishers ready to take your metal pieces and make them reflect all the beauty around them.
BRUSH FINISHING
Brush finish, also known as “architectural finish,” is characterized by fine polishing grit lines that are uniform and directional in appearance. It is produced by polishing the metal with a 120 – 180 grit belt or wheel finish. canvasdesigners marine polishers are trained to repair metal with brush finish pieces, as well as to give your metal the fine and delicate lines that will take your metal pieces to the next level.
