We are currently reviewing applications for the following specialized roles. Experience in marine environments is preferred, but we train those with the right mechanical aptitude and work ethic.

• Marine Seamstress & Upholsterer: Industrial sewing and fabrication for high-end yacht interiors and exterior covers (Sunbrella, Stamoid, Makrolon).
• Stainless & Aluminum Welder: Precision TIG/MIG fabrication for custom marine towers, railings, and heavy-duty hardware.
• Marine CAD Designer: Digital patterning, 3D data capture, and structural design for complex enclosures.
• Canvas Fitter & Installer: On-site templating and final fit-out at marinas across West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach.
• CNC Operator: High-volume cutting and production management using automated systems.
• Apprenticeships: Entry-level training in digital templating, industrial fabrication, and marine materials.
